Blue Safari was born from the meeting, more than 25 years ago, of Pieto Broodryk, a passionate professional hunter, and Hugues Bechet, a globe-trotting hunter and bowhunter.
Built on this friendship, the Blue Safari project came to life in the very heart of the Limpopo, on this camp they know so well and which the owner agreed to hand over to them.
Blue Safari opens the doors to one of the country’s most iconic wild destinations — a private camp, untouched nature, a tailor-made experience.

We only do tailor-made, and we personalise your trip according to your wishes.
Whether you come with hunting friends or with your family, whether you are discovering Africa or already a regular, you will have exclusive use of the camp, and the pace will be adapted to your wishes.
Our 6 rooms are ventilated and air-conditioned; the view over the garden at the front, or over a wide plain at the edge of the bush at the back, invites relaxation. A moment of daydreaming on your balcony, watching the animals from your room.
A large bathroom with shower and bathtub will help you recover, unless you prefer the heated indoor pool or the spa to round off your relaxing activities.
A stroll at your leisure through the 50 enclosed hectares around the lodge is also possible.
Flights are direct from Paris to Johannesburg, overnight on both the outward and return journeys.
We pick you up at the airport and, after 4 hours of good road and half an hour of red sand track, you will finally be at the camp, where, once settled in, you will make your first discovery of African wildlife.
Pieto Broodryk and his family live on the camp, and you benefit from this family atmosphere.
